Default Zoho One gets you 40% of the way. The other 60% is custom modules, workflow codes, cross-app automation and analytics queries. That is where we come in.
This is what a fully implemented Zoho One workspace looks like. CRM, Books, Analytics, Inventory, Payroll, Expense, Desk, WorkDrive, Cliq and more all configured and connected.
Custom stages, quote-to-deal automation, KPI dashboards, approval workflows, auto project creation
GST setup, bank reconciliation, lease accounting, vendor payment workflow, AR automation
Cash forecasting, revenue by business model, profit by item, KPI scoring, commission reports
Serial number tracking, transfer orders, PO workflow, inventory to fixed asset conversion
India compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), US multi-state payroll, Books integration
Vendor payment request module, lease activation module, Deluge workflow codes, cross-module triggers
Default Zoho Books merges approval and posting. We built a custom module that separates the requester, approver and payment processor. A custom button appears only when all approvals are complete, then auto-posts to the bank ledger.
Links CRM deal to recurring invoice in Books, assigns serial numbers, tracks Asset Conversion Status and Depreciation Status per unit. Zoho does not have this. We built it as a custom module.
Monthly commission for salesperson and distributors, target-based tiers, special pricing after threshold. None of this is possible in default Zoho. We wrote Deluge functions to calculate and surface commission automatically.
Default Zoho Books does not split finance lease revenue between principal and interest automatically. We configured amortisation schedules and journal entry automation so this happens without monthly Excel calculation.
We understand your business, revenue models, team structure and current tools.
Read-only Zoho credentials. Payment processed before build begins.
Custom modules, workflow codes, automation, analytics. Built and tested in sandbox.
Team trained, data migrated, 2-week live monitoring included.
